Starting Martial arts at age 5, Instructor Jay has had experience in many different styles including Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, European Swordsmanship, MMA and Shaolin Kungfu. Instructor Jay has also had experience in strength and acrobatic sports such as powerlifting, cheerleading and parkour.
He has been teaching youth and youth athletes for over 7 years, starting as a camp counselor for 5th graders. Outside of Martial Arts, Instructor Jay also teaches kids outdoor survival skills such as fire making, woodcarving, foraging and archery.
